We proudly offer an extensive selection of traditional and innovative services. Our Spa Concierge is pleased to make treatment recommendations based on your personal needs and interests. This is also a good time to share any health concerns and conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure or recent medical procedures. Please take the time to review the many offerings to assure you book the services most suited to you and feel free to call us with any questions.  Once booked, that special time is reserved for you and is subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card. Please provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to reschedule a service; 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule group bookings. This allows the spa enough time to fill appointments. Cancellations within 24-hours and “No-Shows” will be charged 100% of the services scheduled. The spa needs to pay its employees even if a client is a “No-Show”. This policy allows us to retain great employees.

 

ARRIVE EARLY

Get the most out of your spa experience by arriving with plenty of time to enjoy the spa facilities. All spa guests are invited to enjoy the complimentary amenities within the spa, including the relaxation lounge and an assortment of refreshments at the amenity bar within the lounge. We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service. If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.

 

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT

At the Manor we encourage families to come in and bring your little ones to enjoy certain spa services under the following guidelines; Nail services are available for guests aged 8 and above, and must be accompanied by an adult.
Spa services are available for guests aged 12 and above. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the treatment room throughout the service. Guests aged between 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult on site although are not required to be in the treatment room.
All guests under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their initial consultation and minor release forms.

 

NAIL SERVICES 100% GUEST SATISFACTION

We guarantee our nail work; We will re-do any service at no cost if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service. As soon as you have walked out the spa door, that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails. Should your nails become scratched or mis-shaped we will fix them if you notify the spa within 24 hours of the service.

Do remember to take care in opening soda cans, packages, performing manual labor and chores-please note- your nails are not your tools.
